                        Leadership Management and Delivery

Positions of leadership can oftentimes create unnecessary angst and uncertainty in the workplace, especially when roles and responsibilities are not defined and clarified for those who must demonstrate leadership skills, nor for those who are responsible to report to the leaders in the organization. To the contrary, when leaders and employees demonstrate mutuality for leadership expectations, everyone in the workplace wins!

The Leadership Management and Delivery course is for all persons who are responsible for managing people and/or the company’s overall operation in whole or in part and who are keen to enhance all areas of the workplace.

The training is designed to maximize one’s potential as a top stakeholder of the organization. The course will expand upon the following:
                        1) Identify and define the purpose of the leadership within the organization
                        2) give clarity to the role of the leaders within the organization: Chief Executive Officer, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, President, Chief Technology Officer, Director, General Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Chairman, Human Resource Officer, and the like;
                        3) Empower leaders within the organization to recognize, facilitate, and address the following:
                        • Accountability
                        • Building Trust
                        • Coaching
                        • Collaboration
                        • Conflict Resolution
                        • Communication
                        • Emotional Intelligence
                        • Inclusion
                        • Leadership Styles
                        • Motivating Employees
                        • Performance Management
                        • Problem Solving

                        • Team Building
                        • Time Management

Each of the aforementioned topics will be explored in detail with respect to the leader’s role.
