Leading in Turbulent Times
The challenge in a time of unexpected change is that it disrupts the status quo - established practices are no longer effective, and people can shift into a reactionary mode. Leaders must step up to navigate in these unprecedented times, and chart a new course towards long term sustainability and better performance.
In this 90- minute interactive online session, participants will be introduced to the 4 Zones in the Change Model and will:
- Learn the importance of focusing on their circle of influence in managing change;
- Discover ways to actively guide their team through turbulence in the current environment;
- Identify 2 - 3 things they can do to move their team or organisation to better performance.
Participants will leave with greater awareness of the change process in their work environment, employ practices to support team members in the face of uncertainty, and begin to plan for better performance.
