Upholding Excellence: Bermuda Chamber of Commerce's Guide to Ethical Real Estate Practices in 2023

The Real Estate Division of the Chamber of Commerce provides a vital tool for Bermuda Real Estate Brokers and Agents. Our Division keeps abreast of legislation, governmental policies and market trends, as well as providing the framework of a code of conduct for realtors.

In achieving this standard, we work diligently to keep all member realtors informed of the expected standard of practice in their business transactions and to be knowledgeable professionals. This information is provided within our “Ethics and Standard Practices (ESP)” document. The ESP is an adaptive guideline as we continually examine legislation and trends pertaining to the real estate industry. The ESP Sub-Committee is responsible for maintaining the ESP document and to record and propose issues concerning our industry.
